The Prostate Intraepithelial Neoplasia (PIN) MultiDetector HRP/AP Kit is a triple-color multiplex IHC test designed for the study of prostate gland structure and associated biomarker expression. The kit combines basal cell markers p63 (DAB Brown) and CK34BE12 (ALK Scarlet) with AMACR (HRP Green). Basal cell markers highlight glandular structure while AMACR is commonly associated with prostate adenocarcinoma. The contrasting chromogens facilitate clear visualization of gland morphology and marker expression within FFPE tissue sections.
