Three most common types of RCC are clear cell, papillary, and chromophobe. Initial treatment for RCC is surgery because it is resistant to radiation therapy and chemotherapy, although some cases respond to immunotherapy. Gp200, a 200 kDa cell surface glycoprotein, is upregulated in various cancers, especially RCC, and is expressed by 93% of primary and 84% of metastatic renal cell carcinomas and localizes along the brush border of the proximal tubule and luminal surface of Bowman’s capsule."}]}]}
