Summary & Explanation

{"type":"root","children":[{"type":"paragraph","children":[{"type":"text","value":"Phosphohistone-H3 (Histone H3 Phospho) is one of the five main histone proteins involved in the structure of chromatin in eukaryotic cells. Featuring a main globular domain and a long N-terminal tail, H3 is involved with the structure of the nucleosomes of the “beads on a string” structure. In mammalian cells, phosphohistone H3 is negligible during interphase but reaches a maximum for chromatin condensation during mitosis. Histone H3 Phospho antibody can serve as a mitotic marker to separate mitotic figures from apoptotic bodies and karyorrhectic debris."}]}]}

Presentation

Five slides of Histone H3 Phospho positive tissues, each mounted on Hydrophilic Plus Slides, provided in a plastic mailer.

Principle of Procedure

Control slides are Hydrophilic Plus Slides with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue or cell sections mounted on them, serving as a tool to qualitatively verify the performance of immunohistochemical staining
