It binds to IL-3 with rather low affinity. However, when associated with CD131 (common β chain), the protein binds to IL-3 with high affinity. The IL-3 receptor complex is primarily expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and plays a crucial role in regulating hematopoiesis, particularly the production and differentiation of myeloid lineage cells. Principle of Procedure

Control slides are Hydrophilic Plus Slides with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue or cell sections mounted on them, serving as a tool to qualitatively verify the performance of immunohistochemical staining
