In adult tissues, CA-125 is found in epithelial cells of the fallopian tube, endometrium and endocervix, pancreas, colon, gallbladder, stomach, kidney, apocrine sweat gland, and mammary gland. It is also found in mesothelial cell lining of pleura, pericardium and peritoneum. CA-125 is often found in ovarian tumors of serous, endometrioid or clear-cell types and adenocarcinomas of Mullerian type."}]}]}
