The expression of CDK4 is associated with tumor progression.\n Binh et al. reported a high expression of CDK4 (92%) in atypical lipomatous tumor, well-differentiated liposarcomas (ALT-WDLPS) and dedifferentiated liposarcomas (DDLPS).
