Materials and Presentation
Five SV-40 CLMA’s with 2 - 2 mm cores each, mounted on Hydrophilic Plus Slides, provided in a plastic mailer.
Principle of Procedure
Control slides are Hydrophilic Plus Slides with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue or cell sections mounted on them, serving as a tool to qualitatively verify the performance of immunohistochemical staining procedures.
Each control slide contains tissue with known expression of the antigen targeted by the specific antibody. Positive staining on the control slide confirms the antibody’s functionality and the proper execution of the staining protocol.
