Summary & Explanation

{"type":"root","children":[{"type":"paragraph","children":[{"type":"text","value":"The Human Normal Lymphoid Tissue Microarray (TMA) is an unstained ready-to-use microscope slide consisting of 7 - 2 mm cores of normal human formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues which were assembled in array fashion to allow multiplex pathology analysis and validation of reagents, or to be used as tissue controls for immunohistochemistry (IHC)."}]}]}

Materials and Presentation

Five Human Normal Lymphoid TMA’s with 7 - 2 mm tissue cores each, mounted on Hydrophilic Plus Slides, provided in a plastic mailer.

Principle of Procedure

Control slides are Hydrophilic Plus Slides FFPE tissue or cell sections mounted on them, serving as a tool to qualitatively verify the performance of immunohistochemical staining procedures.

Each control slide contains lymphoid tissues. Positive staining on the control slide confirms the antibody’s functionality and the proper execution of the staining protocol.
