The Bio SB TintoDetector ImmunoDNA System consists of a durable stainless steel frame, eight solution dishes, an incubator unit, and multiple 30-well Reagent Holders, which can be filled with any reagent. The TintoDetector Slide Holder holds 20 Cap Gap Plus Slides. Raised 75 μm spacers on the slide corners create a 150 μm gap between the slides when placed face-to-face in the holder, facilitating capillary gap action that draws reagent upward to evenly cover both slides. This design enables effective staining with reagent volumes as low as 50 μm per slide. The system is available for purchase with or without the TintoDetector Incubator component.
