| Summary and Explanation | The ImmunoDetector DAB HRP Brown Immunohistochemistry (IHC) detection system from Bio SB, is a highly sensitive 2-step biotin-streptavidin detection kit that allows for the demonstration of antigens in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues, cryostat sections, cytosmears, and cell preparations. The ImmunoDetector is a universal IHC detection system which is optimized for use with Bio SB mouse or rabbit primary antibodies; however, these universal kits could be optimized to work with prediluted and concentrated antibodies from other vendors. The increased sensitivity of the ImmunoDetector Detection System allows for rapid staining procedures without compromising the quality of stains.
