All optimized PCR buffer (including dNTP’s, enhancer and stablizers) and positive control are included for ALL PCR kits. For RT-PCR, a reverse transcriptase cDNA synthesis kit is also available. Each PCR amplification kit provides all the necessary components to perform 50 or 100 x 50 µl PCR reactions.
Maxim’s unique MPCR (multiplex PCR) kits cover diverse applications from basic pathway gene expression profiling to diagnostic pathogen identification. Only a single reaction is necessary to amplify multiple genes of interest.
